Newsletter data is kept until the user unsubscribes. Contact data, for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting obligations.

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. The newsletter is sent using Resend (Resend Inc.), acting as data processor. The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase as its database. [TO REVIEW: standard contractual clauses (SCC) and data region of these providers.]

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@somostwice.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
